How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time is 2-3 business days. Once shipped, orders take 7-10 business days to arrive.
What if my item is lost or stolen?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check with the shipping provider.
What if my package was returned?
If your package was returned to us due to an invalid address, we will contact you via email once we receive your package.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
Once an order has been submitted it will be sent to our provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel.
What if I entered the incorrect information?
If the shipment details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or color; we are not responsible and will not offer a replacement or refund. You are responsible for entering the correct information.
How can I receive free shipping?
Free shipping for US orders over $135.00 with a shipping rate $60.00 and under.
What is the refund or replacement policy?
We can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues and such. Items are shipped directly from our manufacture. Items may smell like ink and the smell will go away. Also, printing is DTG and may have a white outline where the printing stopped depending on the ink color and material used. In most cases the outline is small. If an item is defective please contact us via email within 5 days of delivery. Items must not be worn, or used and must be in the original packaging. Please send photographic evidence for an investigation. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you, depending on if the item qualify for a replacement or if a refund is eligible or not. Please feel free to contact us at heyquet@heyquet.com. Include your name, address, order number, and email. Also, please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
In case a replacement or refund is arranged, there is no need to send the original item back to us.
We can offer you a replacement which will cover the production and shipping costs of the new order. If a refund is requested, we will issue a refund to the same payment source where it initially came from. Please check with your financial institution for the refund time frame.
Shirt colors may vary due to different screens. Our social media stories have a more accurate view of the colors.
Depending on the sign some printing maybe smaller or larger. Please look at the individual sign for a more accurate view of the size.
Items maybe shipped from different manufactures and may arrive separately. Please check tracking details.
